Motivation : Stevie Zee, Bodybuilder with Disorder

Stevie Zee, a Bodybuilder with a physical disability called “Cerebral palsy”, a group of disorders that can involve brain and nervous system functions such as movement, learning, hearing, seeing, and thinking. There are several different types of cerebral palsy, including spastic, dyskinetic, ataxic, hypotonic, and mixed.

Stevie Zee has been bodybuilding for 15 years, despite his depression and physical illness, he never gave up. In the Los Angeles Championships, 2006 in which he entered, he recieved an “Stevie Zee Inspirational Award” from Musclemag International magazine. Along with a standing ovation. “I used to always ask, why me?” Stevie says.

“Now I know I was given Cerebral Palsy for a reason – to inspire others to be a better person, and to make the most out of life no matter what.”
