How and why did you get into Fitness Training?
Fitness has been an important part of my life since I can remember. I was a gymnast from the age of 4 until 12 when I injured my knee. After my injury I stopped playing sports and kind of became a couch potato which intern had an impact on my self esteem. Finally when I was 14 I decided that I was tired of feeling frumpy and got back into the gym. Since then I have been in the gym 4-6 times a week. Within the last year and a half I married my best friend Kevin Capra and we had a beautiful baby girl.
What do you do besides hitting the gym and keeping Fit & Healthy?
I would have to say I am a very busy lady J I work full time as an office/finance manager for a commercial demolition company/concrete cutting company, I am a full time mommy/wife and I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I am also going to be helping my little brother do a 60 day transformation starting next week to help him become a fit and healthy teen.
What advice would you give to people looking to achieve your Aesthetic Physique?
The quote I live by is “Dedication = Results!” This does not necessarily mean that you have to live at the gym or never eat your favorite cheat food. Being healthy and fit is a life style. Be active, eat fresh foods that aren’t over processed, be conscious of what you are putting into your body, have fun during your workouts, incorporate your family and live life to the fullest!! Being healthy feels so good!! You have energy, you have confidence, you feel successful, and people are drawn to that…all it takes is dedication.

Have you ever received any negative comments or insults for being in the Fitness Industry?
I’m sure I have, but honestly I don’t pay any attention to the negative. It’s not in my character to allow others to put me down.
What are your opinions on IFBB Pro Bodybuilders who uses image / performance enhancing drugs? Aren’t they risking their health?
Honestly I have never been in their shoes so who am I to pass judgment? I personally have never competed nor been under that kind of pressure so I really don’t know how to answer that.
As a Female Fitness Model, What are your opinions on Image / Performance enhancing drugs?
Before I got pregnant I used to take a lot of different supplements to try to enhance my performance and to be honest I kind of became dependent on them. I was scared to not take them just because I might not perform as well. Obviously after I found out I was pregnant I stopped taking all supplements except for my prenatal vitamins and to this day I still have not taken any type of supplement (except for my vitamins and protein) and I feel much better. So for myself personally I choose not to take them but I am not against them.
Tell us about your fitness journey and how does it feel being a Fitness Model.
My fitness journey started back when I was in my teens and has been a fabulous journey. I started modeling in 2010 and I have had many great experiences. The most rewarding thing about being a Fitness Model is being a role model for other women and helping them succeed with their own fitness goals. I have pushed my body and mind to the limit and it feels great to be fit. I continue to challenge myself every day and accomplish my short and long term goals.
How do you stay motivated in the gym?
Before I became a mommy and wife my motivation came from the way working out made me feel, and to a certain degree it still is, but now my main motivation comes from my husband and daughter. I want to be the best that I can be for the both of them. I want to be a good role model for my daughter and I don’t want her to have to battle obesity like many kids do these days.

What are your future plans?
My future goals are to continue to live a fit and healthy life style and be the best that I can be! And who knows maybe another kiddo will be in the mix… LOL.
What are your long term goals?
My long term goals are to increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat. It’s amazing what pregnancy does to your body. I lost a lot of muscle mass and I am finally gaining it back. I am below my pre-pregnancy weight & I feel better now that I did before I had my daughter but there is always room for improvement.
