
How and why did you get into Fitness Training?
I got into fitness because I wanted to get into great shape. As I got into my 20`s I realized that maintaining a great physique was going to take some work. Once I started training I knew that this was something that would always be a huge part of my life
What workout routine would you suggest to female beginners?
Find things that continually motivate you. Set weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, and reward yourself for achieving them. I am always striving to be the best I can be for each fitness competition, photo shoot, or even if it’s simply a vacation that I am going on.

What advice would you give to people looking to achieve your aesthetic physique?
Be prepared to be in it for the long haul. I saw the most changes in my body in my third year of training. Each physique is different, and you really want to learn the most you can about what works for your body type.
Tell us about your journey and how you got all the way to the top as WBFF Pro Fitness Model.
My journey was incredible. I won my Pro Status on my 4th show. The first 3 shows were learning experiences for me but I knew I would not quit until I reached my goal of competing on a Pro stage.

Have you ever had any obstacles in your fitness journey?
After my first show I took a year to put on as much muscle as possible. When it came time to lean down, my coach at the time had me on a zero carb diet for 4 weeks and I lost all the muscle I worked for the entire year.
How did you manage to overcome those obstacles and progress even further?
From that experience I learned that I needed a coach that was educated in nutrition. After that I managed to bounce back in 3 months, where I competed in The World Championship and earned my Pro Fitness model status. One year later I place 7th in the Pro Fitness model category out of 30 other Pro athletes.

What advice would you give to female beginners looking to become a fitness model just like you in the near future?
The sky is the limit. Anything you dream is possible to achieve with hard work and discipline. Times will get tough but just remember to keep a positive frame of mind. Train like a champ and you will look like one.
What are your long term goals?
My long term goals are to always maintain a healthy lifestyle. In doing this I believe that opportunities will always arise. I would like to also compete again in the bikini division.
